as i write, little ellen cherry elves are working furiously on merch....now if i only had "publicity" elves to remind me of all the things i've forgotten....oh well. the show is 5 days away. i feel as though there's some BIG DETAIL that i've forgotten. like, learning a song. or telling someone.or something like that.
the band's rehearsed. i've sold some tickets. there's things i can control and things i can't. the disc has been well received by reviewers. who knows if we'll get print on it or not. i hope so!
my parents are coming to show, which is going to be great and i'm excited for them to see everything. my suit is being altered, we're getting some radio support. what else can i hope for? just that people show up.....to see all the hard work everyone is putting into it.
